Each villa is built on a single level on its own plot of 843 to 1 246 m². The layout of the sixteen villas has been worked out in detail to give complete privacy with no villa overlooking another, while making the most of the climate and the orientation.

The plan
Every villa is served by the estate's infrastructure — roads, lighting, utilities and planting — and has its own enclosed plot, its own access and its own parking.
Each villa is sited according to its plot: orientation to the sun, prevailing winds, setback requirements and the width of the land determine where it stands.
Nothing here is a rendering: the land is serviced, the show villa is finished and open to visit. The rest of the estate is under construction.
