Your future villa near Essaouira

One single standard across the nine types: joinery, renders, floors, bathrooms and kitchen all follow the same specification, and every villa has its own terrace and private pool. What changes from one villa to the next is you: the finishes are yours to choose.

Some choices apply to all sixteen villas: the orientation is set against the prevailing winds, the insulation is both thermal and acoustic, and the planting favours local species.
