Privacy

When you request the brochure or a visit, we receive your name, your email address, and your telephone number if you give it. That information is used to reply to you and prepare your visit, nothing else.

It is never sold, rented or passed to a third party for commercial purposes. It is kept for three years after we last hear from you, then deleted.

We run ads on Meta's platforms — Facebook and Instagram. To know which of them actually bring visitors, we use a tracker provided by Meta, called a pixel.

It is only set with your explicit consent. Until you accept, no connection is made to Meta: its script is not even downloaded. If you decline, the site works in exactly the same way.

When active, this tracker reports to Meta the pages you view on this site and any brochure request you send. Meta then acts as joint controller of the data.

Your answer is kept in your browser, not on our servers. You can change it whenever you like, without giving a reason.

Clearing your browsing data has the same effect: you will be asked again.

You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, or object to its processing. Write to contact@lesportesdelaforet.com : we reply within a month.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the data protection authority of your country of residence.
